 EVERY MORNING, DRINK A GLASS OF HOT WATER  ON AN EMPTY STOMACH, AND HERE’S WHY!


 People have usual morning rituals- others take a hot cup of tea or coffee to kick start the day. If its water, you must be taking it cold.  Ayurveda states that we should take it warm. Drinking warm water on an empty stomach after waking up is very useful to the body. It improves digestion rate and helps the body in detoxification.
