THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A NEEDLE IN YOUR POCKET!!!

Did you know that stroke can be prevented by using a needle? Brought to you by a Chinese professor, the statement that everyone needs a needle nearby is absolutely true.

Strokes are quite frequent, so if you happen to face this experience, you might save someone’s life for sure.

As unconventional and unusual as it may sound, this method really works. And helping someone survive a life-threatening attack is more meaningful that anything else!

In a case of a stroke, the brain capillaries begin to tear apart significantly.

When this happens, first aid must be implemented.

What to do?

Stay concentrated. Under no circumstances, move the patient, since you may cause more damage in the brain as well as bleeding.

Syringe needles are best for this procedure, but in extreme cases, sewing needles can work, too.

Disinfect the needle by holding it under a fire (use a lighter or a candle) – this way the process will be completely sterile. Use the needle to prick the tips of all 10 fingers.

No specific method is required in this situation, just the pricking will do.
Make sure to keep needle a few millimetres from the nail itself.

The pricking should be a little sharp, so blood starts flowing (not extensively, though).

In case the blood flow is slow, massage and tighten the fingers so the blood reacts faster.

After all ten fingers are bleeding; give the patient a few minutes, before he/she comes back to life.

If any nerve is damaged (most likely the mouth) and you notice twitching, massage the patient’s ears until they redden.

Next, use the needle to gently pierce the soft ear area, so two drops of blood come out of each ear. In just minutes, the nerves will come down and the twitching will stop.

If there are any other symptoms, the patient will normalise in time.

Then, a hospital visit is in order.

As part of the Chinese medicine, this treatment has saved numerous lives and was proven successful in 100% of the cases.

14 Unsuspected and Unexpected Causes of Heart Attack

When talking about the Heart Attack, most people indicate loaded with fatty foods diet and sedentary lifestyle as the main culprits for heart attack.

It is true that diet and lifestyle (not to mention family history) play a significant role in determining the risk of heart attack, but there are many other risk factors for major heart problems, we do not come immediately to mind or are even we do not know. So we will throw light on these often overlooked things that can harm your heart.

Antibiotics

A study in 2012 linked the popular antibiotic azithromycin (Azatril; azithromycin) with an increased risk of death from heart attack, especially in people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
The results were sufficiently compelling to change practices spelling, but not a bad idea to ask your doctor about Alternatively this antibiotic, especially if you already have heart problems, said Dr. Malisse Wood, director of the Program for heart health in women "Corrigan" cardiovascular center of Massachusetts General Hospital.

Calcium Supplements

This year's survey of 23,000 people, which was published in the specialized edition Heart, found that supplementation with calcium increases the risk of stroke, but intake of calcium diet does not cause a similar problem.
Doctors, however, calcium prevents heart, you just have to come mainly from food and is accompanied by a sufficient amount of vitamin D. "I advise my patients to obtain calcium in combination with other protective ingredients with heart daily diet. Eat oily fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids two times a week, along with other foods rich in calcium and go out in the sun enough to raise levels of vitamin D ", says Dr. Wood.

Flu and Respiratory Infections

Yes, you heard that flu could cause you problems with your heart, but you are not entirely aware of it? If you have been diagnosed with flu or any other Infection of the respiratory tract, in the first three days of the disease risk of infarction is five times greater than normal. What is the reason? The infections often cause an acute inflammatory response that can cause a heart attack or stroke.

Psoriasis

"In some patients, psoriasis is a risk factor for heart attack, comparable to diabetes," said Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania, Joel Gelfand. Patients with severe psoriasis, a skin disease that requires specialized treatment are very likely that they are also smokers are overweight and have high blood pressure as these conditions are related, but research carried out under the leadership of Prof. Gelfand showed that psoriasis is independent of other factors increase the risk of heart attack. The reason for this is probably that psoriasis is an autoimmune disease which can cause chronic inflammation that can lead to heart attack.
So autoimmune diseases, in general, endanger your heart. In this regard, Dr. Wood stated that the number one cause of deaths in people with lupus is precisely a heart attack.

The War at Home

Deteriorating relations and bickering with your spouse are also bad for your heart in a literal sense. Epidemiologists from University College London found that the problems in the relationship increase the risk of heart attack by as much as 34%.

Low "Good Cholesterol" (HDL)

Survey of 7,000 people at the University of Indiana, tracking the relationship between the levels of "good cholesterol" (HDL) and infarction showed that low HDL is the third most important harbinger of serious coronary condition after cardiovascular disease and age.
"If you are a young person and you got a heart attack, almost always the reason for this is the low levels of "good cholesterol,"said Dr. Wood, who is the author of the book" Smart at Heart ." Levels of HDL was lower than 40 mg. / Dl. for men and 50 mg. / dl. Women mean an increased risk of heart attack. American Heart Association (AHA) recommended for men and women to aspire to levels of "good" cholesterol by 60 mg. / Dl. or more to reduce this risk. The most common reasons for lowering the "good cholesterol" were hypertriglyceridemia (excess levels of trigrlitseridite blood b. Ed.), Obesity, insulin resistance and the use of anabolic steroids. Both your most powerful tool to raise "good" cholesterol? Regular exercise and lower body weight.

Kidney Problems

Research among adults in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, shows that poor kidney function, even if it comes to advanced kidney disease increases the risk of heart attack.
Another study among 10,000 men showed that those with chronic kidney disease are at twice the risk of infarction, as compared with those in healthy organs. You can protect your kidneys by drinking more water, keeping blood pressure, blood sugar and weight.

The Heavy Traffic and Pollution

Exposure to heavy traffic and congestion, whether traveling by car, bicycle or public transport, can double the risk of heart attack, according to a German study. An earlier study found that deaths due to cardiovascular or lung disease are almost two times higher in people living near busy roads.

Stopping Aspirin

Several studies have shown that people with cardiovascular problems are at increased risk of heart attack for at least a week after stopping preventive therapy with aspirin or others. Inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). "If you have or are at increased risk of cardiovascular disease and decide to stop taking aspirin, do it gradually, until you reduce the dose. A physician should constantly supervise you, warns Dr. Matthew Sorrentino, a cardiologist at the University of Chicago.

Depression

The link between depression and heart attacks is well documented. In myocardial suffering from depression, the risk of a new one is much greater, compared with those who do not suffer from depression. Study of 2009, placed on the pages of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology indicate that women suffering from depression, there is twice as high risk of cardiovascular disease compared to those who are not depressed.

The Boss and Work Pressure

A study in 2005 among British government officials found that people who believe that ideas, or their job are not valued by their bosses or feel excluded from the process of decision-making in the workplace suffer from an increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease than those with a strong position and confidence in the service.
Other studies indicate that stress and stress related to work also increase the risk of heart attack by 23%.

Gum Disease

Scientists have found that in patients with periodontitis, the risk of heart attack is increased by 25% compared to those with healthy teeth and gums. Link are the bacteria in the oral cavity, which can cause chronic inflammation in the blood vessels. Once entered in the blood pathways, they spread to other parts of the body and can affect the heart.

Diabetes

Although most people with diabetes fear of severe complications such as amputation of limbs or loss of vision, actually the biggest threat to them are cardiovascular diseases. Diabetes dies 2-3 times more often from cardiovascular disease compared with their peers without diabetes. The good news is that the risk of heart attack or stroke in diabetics can be reduced effectively by using a strict and healthy diet and training.

Treatment of Prostate Cancer

Hormone treatment for prostate cancer increases the risk of sudden death due to a heart attack. According to a study by specialists from the Medical Institute "Harvard" 2006 The researchers point out that the observed dependence does not prove a direct link between the two, but should be considered in an appointment of treatment for prostate cancer.
