DO YOU WAKE UP EVERY NIGHT AT THE SAME TIME? THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS
The human body has internal systems and clocks that help govern the bodily functions. Traditional Chinese medicinal techniques pay close attention to energy placement and movement patterns to various areas of the body at different times.
In a 24-hour cycle, your body apportions different energies to various organs.
If you frequently wake up at the same times, it could mean that some of your energy is getting misdirected or blocked. This leads to the disruption of our natural balance and cycle.
In this case, your organs require energy to heal and function.
Here’s the list of times and the particular organs associated with them.
These blockages should primarily be viewed physically and emotionally.
You need to review what you’ve been consuming, and at what times, as they could be the cause of your symptoms.
WAKE UP TIMES AND WHAT THEY MEAN
9 PM TO 11 PM
Most people try to fall asleep around this time. This is when the endocrine system rebalances, and enzymes get replenished.
The endocrine system regulates the metabolism and hormones. If you experience difficulty falling asleep at this time, you are probably stuck in a fight or flight mode.
Your mind is still engaged with the events of the day or already getting set for the next day’s challenges.
Recite positive mantras and release the formations responsible for your tension.
Eating unhealthily or too late in the day can also cause blockages.
11 PM TO 1 AM
Waking at this time, consistently, may be a result of resentments you carry. It is at this period that yin energy is transformed into yang.
Yang energy is extremely active, and your body should store it for the following day. Enhance self-love and appreciation and strive to stay relaxed and conserve energy.
Likewise, this is when the gallbladder is breaking fats down. You may be getting excess unhealthy fats or oils.
1 AM TO 3 AM
This is a critical time for detoxication and the renewal process of the body. The liver is breaking down and eliminating toxins while generating fresh blood.
If you wake during this time, it could be a sign of frustration, anger, and negative formation. If you’re not working on these spiritual toxins, then your mental ‘liver’ is alerting you to take action.
3 AM TO 5 AM
During this time, the lungs are being repaired and are bringing in more oxygen to your body. You should be warm enough to help promote bodily functions. It’s also worth noting that lung complications are usually related to sadness and grief.
If you often wake at this time, you should try breathing exercises. Waking during this period could also be indicative of ascension – the process of increasing your vibrational levels from their normal level. It is attributed to getting into a more enlightened spiritual state.
There are other signs such as lucid dreaming, changes in appetite, sensitivity to strange sounds, and feeling cold for long periods.
5 AM TO 7 AM
This is the time when all toxins produced and broken down earlier in the night are being eliminated from the system.
Your large intestine is active during this time. You should avoid eating unhealthy diet or too late, to prevent issues that will lead to your waking up at this time.
